Steve Harter

Steve Harter serves as Chief Technology Officer at Cerebri AI, where he leads the engineering and data infrastructure that powers the company's AI solution for corporate travel, customer engagement, and ESG analytics. As CTO, Steve oversees the development of Cerebri AI's ATQ data engineering solution, which uses dozens of data transformers to QA and reconcile information across disparate enterprise datasets in near real time, enabling the high-quality, holistic view of travel programs and customer behavior that Cerebri AI's modeling engines depend on.

Steve is a seasoned technology executive with deep experience building and scaling enterprise data solutions. Before joining Cerebri AI, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Data Visualization Intelligence (DVI), and earlier as Principal Consultant at BHB Solutions Group. His career also includes leadership roles as Associate Vice President of Data Governance at Amerigroup Corporation and Vice President of Technology at Griffin Solutions Group, along with earlier work at travel data specialist TRX, Inc., experience that has given him a rare combination of hands-on data engineering expertise and a deep familiarity with the corporate travel industry that Cerebri AI now serves.

In addition to his engineering leadership, Steve is a frequent voice in industry conversations on travel data, NDC airfares, and the role of AI in managed travel programs, regularly moderating Cerebri AI webinars and speaking at events such as the GBTA Convention. He studied at Rutgers University and holds a technology certification from the Chubb Institute.
